Stephanie has spent over two decades in the finance, digital media, and tech industry, where she served in multiple executive roles. At Google, as Global Head of Inclusion Programs for Women of Color, her groundbreaking initiatives have led to the successful launch of multiple global summits and community-focused programs positively impacting the lives of countless individuals.

Her most recent venture, Mother AI, is a transformative startup that empowers individuals from all walks of life, including moms, educators, and entrepreneurs, to harness the potential of AI for a more balanced and successful life. By providing relatable guidance, fostering a supportive community, and offering workshops, digital products, coaching, and consulting services, Mother AI is making AI accessible and life-changing for everyone.

As a proud native New Yorker with deep Caribbean roots, Stephanie currently resides in the NYC tri-state area with her husband and three children. She is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
